Shipping policy

We ship orders daily. 

All orders placed outside of our operating hours will be shipped on the first business day back.

For payments made via Bank Deposit or PayPal eCheque, your order will not be shipped until your payment has been cleared. 

We cannot be held accountable for delays by Australia Post or any other delivery provider.

Please select Express Post as your shipping option if you require an order by a specific date to avoid disappointment.

Australian Shipping:

Regular Post: (2-8 business days) 

Express Post (with tracking): Australia Post Express (1-3 business days with tracking)

International Shipping:

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country, and may result in delays. Also, upon delivery, international orders may incur a local import duty and/or local tax based on the value of the order. The purchaser is responsible for payment of any duty or tax incurred at the destination country.

New Zealand: We do not collect GST for NZ orders. Any order over $1000 NZD, will incur customs duties and GST charged at the NZ border- please keep this in mind when ordering.

ALL other countries: Standard Pack & Track International (limited tracking) 20+ business days 

• Price is based on the country and weight of the order, go to checkout to calculate the price for shipping

PLEASE NOTE: You select your shipping option AFTER you have selected "Go to Checkout" proceeded through your payment option and entered your shipping address, you can then choose your preferred shipping option.
