Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@rsgymwear.com.au.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & with tags attached.
Please notify us within the 30 days of the purchase date for approval to return the item for a refund or exchange. The item MUST be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We may only issue store credit if a return is outside of these terms.
Returns or exchanges are not available on custom orders unless there is a fault.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted -
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange your for a different size of the same item, send us an email at sales@rsgymwear.com.au and send your item to: 1/22 Loyalty Road North Rocks, NSW 2151. You will need to include a pre-paid, self-addressed mail satchel so we can return the exchanged item/s to you. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please contact us first so that we can confirm the product is in stock and to discuss any price differences in exchanging items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that the item being returned was sent with "free shipping", the cost of that shipping will be deducted from the refund. This also applies if only part of your order has been returned when the rest of the order (not being returned) is under the amount that qualified for free shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you ship your item for return or exchange, we recommend using trackable shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
