We send all of our products via Australia Post usually the same day you order or the next business day.
Please note that if you make your payment via PayPal eCheque or via Bank Deposit, your payment may take between 3 to 5 business days to be received and as such, your order will not be shipped until your payment has been fully processed. In this case, we will contact you to advise of the circumstance.
While we do our best to get the parcels to you as soon as possible, we cannot be held accountable for delays by Australia Post. It is recommended that you select Express Post as your shipping option if you require an order by a specific date to avoid disappointment. Also, please be careful to include the correct shipping address at checkout.
Local pickup is available strictly by prior arrangement for customers living in the Hobart area. Please contact us prior to making your purchase to arrange local pick-up / delivery.
Rachael coaches gymnastics at Clarence Gymnastics in Mornington, Tasmania on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons so can sometimes deliver your parcels to the gym.

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country, and may result in delays. RETURNS POLICY (as per Section 20: Terms and Conditions)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (this does not apply to special orders or custom items), return the item unused and in 'as new' condition, in original packaging with tags, for an exchange or refund.
Please notify us within 14 days of the purchase for approval to return the item. In the event the item is a Christmas gift the notification period is 14 days from Christmas day.
The return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser or returning person. Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our studio; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel.
Note: items returned for exchange or refund that do not present in 'as new' condition upon their return will not be refunded or exchanged.
